Every laptop that leaves our shop carries a six-month warranty. Not a promise, not a handshake — a written guarantee. If it fails under normal use, we fix it or replace it.
Motherboard failures, display defects, keyboard malfunctions, dead ports, fan failures — if it was working when you bought it and fails under normal use, we cover it.
If the battery drops below 60% of its original capacity within the warranty period, we replace it. Battery health matters in Zimbabwe — we take it seriously.
You receive a printed warranty card with your purchase. No verbal promises, no excuses. The terms are clear and the coverage is real.
Based in Harare but supporting nationwide. Courier your laptop back or bring it in — we turnaround most repairs within 48 hours.
Six (6) months from the date of purchase, as marked on your warranty card and receipt.
Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, cracked screens), software issues caused by third-party installations, theft, or any modification not done by our team.
Bring your laptop and warranty card to Cyrus Mall Building, Shop B18, Mbuya Nehanda & Speke Street, Harare, or contact us on WhatsApp. We'll assess the issue and resolve it within 48 hours.
If a hardware defect cannot be repaired within 7 business days, we offer a replacement of equal or greater value. Your warranty resets on the replacement unit.
